Then this position at Car Hire Brokers Contact Centre in Bruma as a Call Centre Agent would be the ideal stepping stone in your career.
Position Overview To identify the needs of the customers, match and exceed their needs and expectations with our service offering. Achieve service delivery and sales targets; maintain business growth through professional interactions and effective service delivery to booking agents, customers and other stakeholders.

Specific Role Responsibilities
Job Outputs
• Process car rental bookings.
• Process quotations
• General information distribution.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• After sales service
• Query resolution
• Record keeping
• Liaise with internal departments

 

 
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Experience:
• 2 years Customer Service/Call Centre Experience

Minimum Qualification:
• Grade 12
