Our client in Pretoria has an opportunity available for a Call Centre Agent. This is a temporary position.
Requirements:
Two yearsβ experience in a Call Centre/ Client Liaison environment
Excellent telephone and customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Fluency in at least two official languages
Matric
Knowledge of CIC telephone and Oracle system will be an advantage
KPAs:
In-bound calls and logging of queries with Administrator
Advising clients about registration procedures, status of registration and financial queries
Investigating and resolving queries telephonically and through written correspondence
