CALL CENTRE AGENT
We are looking for Young, Vibrant & Highly energetic Call Centre Agents to join the company.No cold calling required.
Respond to customer inquiries.
Liaise with clients (insurance companies and brokers and their clients).
Resolve service level queries with regards to Clients or Insurance Companies.
Assist with distribution of work in the evening.
Answering of the telephone promptly.
Capture data requests and ensure that the details captures are correct whenever needed.
Maintain all feedback from clients and Insurance Companies.
Making of appointments with clients for their medicals as requested and according to monthly and weekly targets.
Control workflow of new request when needed and always keep up to date and within the Service Level Agreement of the insurance companies.
Ensures that all documents are filed and are retrievable when required.
Keep all feedback up to date received from outside or third parties involved in our processes.
Reporting of any problems encountered, which could not be resolved, to the line manager.
Make sure when appointments are made that the required information is accurate.
Ensure that all appointment data is logged on the system that feedback is received and handled in a timely manner with regards to our Service Level Agreements with our clients/companies.
Handle all bookings and collections of documentation whenever a courier company is needed.
Maintain responsibility for dedicated clients.
Making calls to clients.
Maintain neat and uncluttered working environment.
Identify trends and report to Line Manager.
Valid Matric/Grade 12 certificate
Valid SA ID/work permit
Min 2 years call centre experience.
Computer literate and proficient in MS Office suite
Able to use the internet – specifically Google Maps
Excellent people skills.
Must be target driven.
MUST BE Ability to work under pressure
