Ability to translate and troubleshoot software and hardware. Understanding of configuration setting, IP Addresses and communication technology. Afrikaans would be an advantage.
Call Centre Agent positions available in the Sandton area. Min of 3 years call centre exp is needed with preferably in the communication industries. Ability to translate and troubleshoot software and hardware. Understanding of configuration setting, IP Addresses and communication technology. Afrikaans would be an advantage.


Duties include:


Answer telephones, respond to and document customer requests
Assist with on the job training for new employees
Generate customer quotations and e-mails
Load terminal software internally and remotely
Complete online calls and reports
Identify, research and resolve customer issues using the knowledge base.
