Overview:
A software development company is seeking an Administrative Assistant for their Software Support Team. This is a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will be detail orientated, preferable with some previous experience in customer support administration. Any logistics, import/export clearing and International Supply Chain experience will be advantageous but is not essential.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Daily logging and updating of support requests on companyβs in-house call tracking software.
Ensuring support calls are updated with latest status/ information from client interactions.
Updating of external client call tracking systems.
Monitoring of high priority calls and engagement with Support Co-ordinators to ensure that SLAs are being managed.
Communication with clients around support call statuses
Assisting the Support Manager with certain administrative tasks.
Education and Experience:
Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Support desk experience would be advantageous
Courses involving Import/Export Clearing (advantageous)
Key Competencies:

Good oral and written communication skills
Basic computer skills
Comfortable with standard office software (email, spreadsheets, documents)
Ability to maintain positive and professional attitude with clients
Consistently punctual and reliable
