Administrator Clerk:

To provide support to Management and staff members(growing company with approx 250 guards)
Must have knowledge of security industry.
Working with provident fund contributions, PSIRA, and the candidate would have to be able to make and send out invoices, quotations, create new employees files, data capturing of time sheets, roster drafting on the SMART system, updating various leave of employees.
Must be well spoken, presentable and well groomed.
Have proper telephone etiquette.
Be able to take notes and sent out letters to clients.
Take stock of the uniform issue, and make out firearm permit
Pro-active , think outside of the box person.
Run the office in the absence of management.

Grade 12

Tertiary education (admin/office management /receptionist)

Working Times:

Monday - Friday (8:00am -16:00pm)

Location: Morningside, Durban (must live close by). Only applicants living in this area will be considered.
